中西医结合治疗高血压病的临床观察(1)
【摘要】目的观察补肾、活血、化痰，配合西药卡托普利，治疗高血压病的临床疗效。 方法选择符合条件的高血压病人共80例，随机分为治疗组45例，对照组35例，两组病人均常规口服西药卡托普利25mg每日3次，治疗组加用自拟补肾活血化痰方，每日1剂，治疗8周后，观察病人血压及临床症状改善，血脂、血液流变学的改变。 结果经8周的治疗后，治疗组在血压、临床症状的改善，血脂、血液流变学的改善情况显效率明显高于对照组，两组治疗后比较，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论中西医结合治疗高血压病，较单纯西药治疗，在降低血压、改善临床症状，改善血脂、血液流变学方面，防止靶器官损害，更具优势，拓展了高血压病治疗的新前景。
