经阴道超声介入双重灌注治疗78例巧克力囊肿(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨经阴道超声引导下尿激酶联合无水酒精双重灌注治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的疗效。方法：78例巧克力囊肿患者，在超声引导下经抽吸囊液、注入尿激酶及无水酒精双重灌注治疗，术后3、6、9、12月进行超声随访观察。结果： 一次治愈率80%，复发率25%。结论： 经阴道超声介入联合尿激酶、无水酒精双重灌注治疗巧克力囊肿是一种安全、有效、经济、简便的方法，值得临床推广。
