53例重症急性胰腺炎的护理体会(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨重症急性胰腺炎护理措施。方法：对53例重症急性胰腺炎给予心理护理、基础护理、疼痛护理、管道护理、并发症护理等护理措施。结果 ：53例患者中45例痊愈，3例死亡，因经济原因放弃治疗自动出院5例。结论：精心有效的护理措施有助于减轻患者痛苦，缓解病人压力，提高临床疗效。
