负压封闭引流术治疗胫腓骨骨折的护理体会(1)
【摘要】目的：分析负压封闭引流术(VSD)治疗胫腓骨骨折的护理体会。方法：回顾性分析采用VSD治疗的胫腓骨骨折患者的临床资料，给予相应的心理护理、基础护理、负压引流及术后护理。结果：22例患者中，17例7-10d拆除VSD后创面清洁，且在预计时间内愈合，无坏死组织；3例10d后出现渗透较多，更换VSD敷料后7d后拆除，未出现明显渗透现象，创面愈合良好；2例在第10d出现坏死组织渗透现象，切除坏死组织并清洁创面，更换VSD敷料，15d后愈合。所有患者回访6-17个月，所有患者均未出现创面破溃现象，骨折在预计时间内愈合。结论：针对行负压封闭引流术的胫腓骨骨折患者进行精心护理，可有效缩短压疮愈合时间，提高皮片成活率。
