躁郁症患者血清载脂蛋白水平的研究
【摘要】目的：观测躁郁症患者血清载脂蛋白(ApoAl、ApoB)的水平，并探讨其与躁郁症状关系。方法 ：用免疫比浊法检测100例躁郁症患者(患者组)和100例健康正常人(对照组)的血清载脂蛋白(ApoAl、ApoB)的水平，并进行比较。结果 ：患者组的载脂蛋白A1(ApoAl) 、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)值与对照组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 ：躁郁症患者的血清载脂蛋白(ApoAl、ApoB)的水平并未像抑郁症患者一样出现异常，这一区别可为临床医师对躁郁症和抑郁症的鉴别诊断时提供辅助支持。
