酒精中毒致精神障碍患者的血脂水平分析

【摘要】目的：分析酒精中毒致精神障碍患者血清中的血脂水平，探讨酒精中毒致精神障碍患者的血脂代谢情况及可能导致酒精中毒致精神障碍患者代谢异常的相关因，提高临床医生对酒精中毒致精神障碍患者伴发血脂代谢异常的认识和重视。方法：利用西门子1800全自动生化分析仪检测酒精中毒致精神障碍患者血清中胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(APOA)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)的水平。结果：胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(APOA)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)的水平显著增高。结论：酒精中毒致精神障碍患者血清中的血脂水平会有所改变。
