肾移植患者术后早期腹胀的原因分析及护理对策(1)

     【摘要】肾移植患者术后早期腹胀容易被忽视，它可以导致患者腹腔压力升高，造成移植肾受压，灌注不足、缺血，最终引起移植肾功能恢复延迟，甚至会导致移植手术的最终失败。通过总结分析我院2010年10月～2012年10月的60例肾移植术后早期患者发生腹胀的原因，寻找护理对策，早期进行护理干预，最终减少腹胀的发生及降低腹胀发生的程度，从而降低移植肾功能恢复延迟等并发症的发生。
