高龄患者前列腺穿刺活检的护理体会
【摘要】目的 ：回顾分析我院超声科近年来50例高龄患者经会阴前列腺穿刺活检的护理过程，提高护理质量及降低并发症的发生。方法：从疼痛、血尿、感染等多方面分析、总结，归纳出合理及有效的护理策略。结果：所有患者均能完成穿刺活检术，术后感觉疼痛15例，血尿10例，轻微发热8例，高热1例后期发展为菌血症，头晕呕吐3例，所有患者后期通过治疗都能缓解。结论：通过重视术前及术中的护理，能积极的控制和减少前列腺穿刺术后各种并发症的发生。
