安尔碘Ⅲ型及甲硝唑冲洗阑尾切口在预防阑尾切除术术后感染的临床应用

【摘要】目的：评价安尔碘(Ⅲ型)及甲硝唑冲洗阑尾切口在预防急性阑尾炎术后切口感染的临床价值。方法：选择急性阑尾炎行阑尾切除术患者160例，随机分为观察组80例，阑尾切除关闭腹膜后，用安尔碘(Ⅲ型)皮肤黏膜消毒液及甲硝唑氯化钠注射液冲洗切口，无菌纱布吸干后缝合皮肤，纱布包扎，对照组80例，生理盐水冲洗切口。结果：观察组与对照组比较，术后体温变化情况及术后切口感染率均有显著性差异。结论：应用安尔碘(Ⅲ型)及甲硝唑冲洗阑尾切口可降低阑尾切除术后切口感染率。

【ABSTRACT】 Objective： Evaluation based entiodine (Ⅲ type) and metronidazole irrigation appendix incision in theprevention of acute appendicitis， the clinical value of postoperative incision infection. .Method： choose 160 patients with acute appendicitis appendix resection were randomly divided into observation group and control group.For the observational group(80cases)，Flush with based entiodine (Ⅲ type) and metronidazole incision；For the control group(80cases)，Flush the incision with saline water；Conclusion： the application based entiodine (Ⅲ type) and metronidazole irrigation appendix incision can reduce incision infection after appendectomy .
