【摘要】目的：讨论腰椎间盘突出MRI与CT诊断的应用的价值分析。方法：选取我院发生腰间盘突出的患者100例，均进行MRI与CT诊断，并在之后进行病理检查。结果：MRI诊断与病理检测的符合率高于CT诊断与病理检测的符合率，差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于腰间盘突出的患者使用MRI诊断的准确率更好，具有重要的临床价值。

    [Abstract] Objective：To discuss the value of MRI and CT diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 100 cases of lumbar disc herniation were selected. MRI and CT were performed and pathological examination was performed. Results： The coincidence rate of MRI diagnosis and pathology was higher than that of CT diagnosis and pathology. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion： The accuracy of MRI diagnosis in patients with lumbar disc herniation is better and has important clinical value.
