【摘要】目的：利用Meta分析的方法，探论按时开放尿管和自然引流尿管两种不同护理方法对留置尿管患者的应用情况。方法：检索Pub Med、中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普，检索建库至今国内外已经发表的关于留置尿管后两种不同护理尿管方法的随机对照试验，并利用RevMan5.2统计软件对研究结果进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入14篇文献。拔除留置导尿管后尿潴留的发生率：按时开放组低于自然引流组[RR合并= 0.44，95% CI(0.23，0.86)，P=0.02]；拔除留置导尿管后重新置管的发生率：按时开放组低于自然引流组[RR合并= 0.35，95%CI(0.17，0.72)，P=0.005]。结论：术后短期留置导尿管期间应该按时开放尿管，这样更有利于患者膀胱功能的恢复。

    [Abstract] Objective：To evaluate the effect of two different choices of indwelling urethral catheter clamping. Indwelling urethral champing choices included opening drainage on time and natural drainage of indwelling urinary catheter clamping . Methods：We searched RCT about the effect of different choices of indwelling urethral catheter clamping from PubMed 、CNKI、Wanfang database、 VIP database on line.
