【摘 要】目的：观察优质护理干预对择期行腹腔镜切除手术的卵巢囊肿患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法：将2016.06.01日至2017.08.01日在本院行腹腔镜切除手术的94例卵巢囊肿患者电脑随机分成2组。分别采取常规手术护理(对照组)和优质护理(观察组)。对比两组患者焦虑得分和术后并发症发生情况。结果：护理后和手术后，观察组的焦虑得分(40.12±2.21分)、并发症发生率(2.13%)更低(p<0.05)。结论：优质护理是改善接受腹腔镜切除术的卵巢囊肿患者焦虑情绪的有效护理方案。
