暑期儿童溺水例临床分析及启示(2)
綜上所述，溺水死亡率高、预后差，我们应该提高防范意识，预防溺水的发生。对溺水患儿一经发现应立即行院前急救并入院后给予高级生命支持对可能的并发症进行及时和有效的治疗，生命体征平稳后尽早行康复治疗减少远期并发症。
