关节镜治疗复发性肩关节前脱位(2)
總之关节镜治疗复发性肩关节脱位具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快的优点。对于肩盂缺损超过25%的伴有或不伴有咬合性Hill-Sachs损伤的复发性肩关节脱位,需行Latarjet手术。手术方案需要根据术前肩关节CT、MRI及术中对于肩关节盂骨缺损程度、Hill-Sachs损伤程度及术后复发不稳的危险因素进行评估来决定。
