胚胎干细胞对宫内膜损伤的修复作用(2)
4 结論
笔者本次使用对比分析方法研究胚胎干细胞修复宫内膜损伤情况，50例宫内膜损伤患者随机分为两组，一组采取中西医结合治疗，另一组使用胚胎干细胞治疗，结果显示采取胚胎干细胞治疗组临床疗效更显著。并分析讨论胚胎干细胞修复子宫内膜损伤可行性及机理。经过综合分析，笔者认为：对于宫内膜损伤修复采取胚胎干细胞治疗方式疗效明显，安全系数高。以干细胞为再生治疗或者替代治疗将为子宫内膜损伤修复带来更多希望，但仍需要解决干细胞体外大规模培养技术难点以及稳定性等多项问题。
