【摘要】目的： 分析风湿免疫性疾病患者皮肤溃疡护理情况。 方法： 将2016年12月—2017年12月在我院接受治疗的84例风湿免疫性疾病患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各42例，观察组患者使用综合护理，对照组患者使用常规护理，对比两组患者的护理结果。 结果： 观察组平均换药次数以及伤口愈合时间均少于对照组，观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论： 对风湿免疫性疾病患者的皮肤溃疡进行有效护理能够促进患者的病情好转，缩短患者皮肤溃疡伤口的愈合时间，提高患者的护理满意度，护理效果良好，值得推广使用。

    Nursing analysis of skin ulcer in patients with rheumatic immune diseases

    [Abstract] Objective： To analyze the nursing of skin ulcers in patients with rheumatic immune diseases. Methods： Eighty-four patients with rheumatoid immune disease who were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 42 patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing and control group.
