【摘要】目的：对细节护理在脑肿瘤护理管理中所产生的影响及应用价值进行分析与探讨。方法：选择脑肿瘤患者86例，依据患者入院顺序的奇偶性对其展开交叉分组，命名其中一组为对照组并应用常规护理管理方式，另一组命名为研究组并在常规治疗及护理基础上对细节护理进行强化，观察两组患者的护理结局。结果：研究组患者的护理风险发生率为2.33%(1/43)，显著低于对照组患者的20.93%(9/43);研究组中100.00%(43/43)患者对所接受护理措施表示满意，相较于对照组患者的护理满意率81.40%(35/43)更优，以上相关数据经统计检验得出差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：为脑肿瘤患者加强细节护理可有效降低其所面临的护理风险发生几率，患者满意度更高。
