【摘要】目的：分析微型腹腔镜在小儿疝气治疗中的效果。方法：选择2018年1—12月186例小儿疝气患儿，随机均分为对照组与分析组，分别给予常规手术与微型腹腔镜治疗，对比相关指标与不良反应。结果：分析組不良反应更少，临床指标优于对照组，数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：针对小儿疝气治疗，微型腹腔镜效果较好，值得应用。
