【摘要】目的：探讨分析肺癌根治术后乳糜胸保守治疗的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析我院2010年8月-2018年8月共18例肺癌根治术后乳糜胸的患者临床资料。结果：18例乳糜胸患者均经保守治疗治愈。结论：肺癌根治术后乳糜胸多数可通过保守治疗治愈，若术后经保守治疗仍持续乳糜漏应尽早行手术治疗。
