【摘要】目的：探究系统护理干预在急性重症脑外伤患者术后康复中的作用。方法：选取2017年2月—2018年2月本科室收治的46例急性重症脑外伤患者进行研究对比。结果：观察组患者的日常生活能力要优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：在急性重症脑外伤患者中应用系统护理干预，可提高患者的治疗效果，促进日常生活能力的恢复。

    [Abstract] objective： to explore the role of systematic nursing intervention in the rehabilitation of patients with acute severe brain injury after operation. Methods： 46 patients with acute severe brain injury admitted to our department from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and compared. Results：The daily living ability of the patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion：Systematic nursing intervention in patients with acute severe brain injury can improve the therapeutic effect of patients and promote the recovery of daily living ability.
