【摘要】目的：分析综合急救护理应用于异常妊娠产妇中的效果及母婴预后的改善作用。方法：对本院在2017年1月-2019年1月期间接收的84例异常妊娠大出血产妇进行观察，按入院先后顺序将产妇分为参照组、研究组，分别给予常规急救护理、综合急救护理，观察并对比两组干预效果。结果：研究组阴道分娩率(64.29%)、胎儿存活率(92.86%)均高于参照组，感染发生率(4.76%)低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：异常妊娠产妇中开展综合急救护理能改善产妇分娩情况，降低产妇并发症发生率及病死率，改善母婴生活质量及预后。
