【摘要】目的：探究连续性血液净化联合乌司他丁治疗重症脓毒症疗效。方法：对照组采用连续性血液净化治疗，观察组辅以乌司他丁治疗，对比两组炎性指标，并记录两组病死率。结果：观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、CRP低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组病死率为10.3%，低于对照组的41.4%(P<0.05)。结论：连续性血液净化联合乌司他丁治疗重症脓毒症可抑制炎性因子，有利于降低病死率。
