【摘要】本文介绍了同情心疲乏的概念、内涵，综述了肿瘤科护士同情心疲乏的干预策略及现有干预研究存在的问题，可为减缓我国护士同情心疲乏和预防职业倦怠的发生提供新思路。

    [Abstract]This paper introduces the concept and connotation of compassionate fatigue， summarizes the intervention strategies of compassionate fatigue of nurses in oncology department and the problems in existing intervention studies， which can provide a new way of thinking for slowing down the compassionate fatigue and preventing the occurrence of job burnout of nurses in China.
