【摘要】目的： 对结直肠癌患者围手术期护理中采取快速康复外科理念后的临床应用疗效展开研究。方法： 拣选2017年3月—2019年3月期间我院62例结直肠癌患者，数字盲选法随机分为对照组31例(常规护理)，研究组31例(常规+快速康复外科理念)，对比两种护理模式下的临床疗效。结果： 研究组术后首次排气、排便、住院时间均短于对照组，p<0.05.结论： 对结直肠癌患者围手术期护理中采取快速康复外科理念后能够提升护理效果，同时能够缩短治疗时间，临床应用价值显著。
