肠内营养支持对呼吸机相关性肺炎患者预后的影响(1)
【摘要】目的:探讨肠内营养支持对呼吸机相关性肺炎患者预后的影响。方法: 选取我院2017年7月-2018年 7月收治的100例呼吸机相关性肺炎患者进行研究,依据治疗方式的不同,分为参照组和研究组两组,参照组实施常规方式治疗,研究组实施肠内营养支持,对两组患者的治疗前后的载铁蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白水平、机械通气时间、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率及ICU住院时间进行观察和比较。结果: 治疗前两组载铁蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白水平比较差异不显著(p>0.05);治疗后两组载铁蛋白、前白蛋白水平提高均较为显著,且研究组载铁蛋白、前白蛋白水平明显比参照组高(p<0.05);研究组机械通气时间和ICU住院时间明显比参照组短(p<0.05),呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率明显比参照组低(p<0.05)。结论: 肠内营养支持可使机械通气患者营养状况得到显著改善,同时还能使其呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率得到有效降低,值得进行临床应用和推广。

, 百拇医药 [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition support on the prognosis of patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods: A total of 100 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 1818 were enrolled.According to the different treatment Methods, the patients were divided into two groups: the reference group and the study group.The group was given enteral nutrition support, and the levels of ferritin, albumin, prealbumin, mechanical ventilation time, ventilator-associated pneumonia and ICU hospitalization were compared and compared before and after treatment.Results: The levels of ferritin, albumin and prealbumin in the two groups were not significantly different before treatment (p>0.05).After treatment, the levels of ferritin and prealbumin were significantly increased, and the study group was loaded with ferritin.The prealbumin level was significantly higher than that of the reference group (p<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time and ICU hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than the reference group (p<0.05), and the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was significantly lower than the reference group (p< 0.05).Conclusion: Enteral nutrition support can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients with mechanical ventilation, and at the same time effectively reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

在机械通气过程中,常会发生一些并发症,呼吸机相关性肺炎就是其中的一种[1-3]。发生该种疾病后患者的营养状况及免疫功能会受到一定程度的影响,出现营养不良,从而影响患者病情的康复,延长住院时间[4-6]。对此需尽快对患者开展相关治疗,以对患者临床症状进行改善。本文就肠内营养支持对呼吸机相关性肺炎患者预后的影响进行了探讨,报告如下:
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
