【摘要】目的：探讨分析二笔咽喉头颈外科临床护理主要风险因素以及应对策略。方法：选择2017年1月到2018年月期间在我院接受治疗的耳鼻咽喉头颈患者中发生不良事件的患者作为研究对象，分析导致护理不良事件发生的原因以及对应的风险因素。结果：风险干预以后，整体护理质量上升，患者满意度提高，护理不良事件下降，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，护理风险得到有效控制。结论：通过对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床护理风险因素的准确分析，并结合患者个人情况采取相关的控制措施，有助于从整体上降低护理风险的发生率，提高整体护理质量和患者满意度。
