【摘要】针对目前我国的公共卫生事件的现状，一些医院将危机管理的理论应用到了解决突发性公共卫生事件中去，该文主要对国内医院应用危机管理理论解决突发性的公共卫生事件的现状进行了介绍，同时指出其存在的不足，然后提出了应用危机管理理念进行医院突发性公共卫生事件 的建议和对策。
