【摘要】目的： 分析探讨同型半胱氨酸水平(Hcy)在急性心肌梗死患者伴充血性心力衰竭中的临床价值。方法：将我院急性心肌梗死患者伴充血性心力衰竭100例作为观察组对象，另取同期100例健康体检者作为对照对象，比较两组同型半胱氨酸水平检测结果。结果： 急性心肌梗死患者伴充血性心力衰竭组的Hcy水平明显高于健康体检组(P<0.05)。结论 ：急性心肌梗死患者伴充血性心力衰竭的Hcy水平高于健康人群，通过Hcy水平检测，可判断患者的病情严重程度。

    [Abstract] Purpose：To analyze the clinical value of homocysteine level (Hcy) in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with congestive heart failure.Method：100 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with congestive heart failure in our hospital were taken as the observation group and 100 healthy subjects as the control group to compare the results of homocysteine levels between the two groups.Bear fruit：The level of Hcy in patients with acute myocardial infarction with congestive heart failure was significantly higher than that in healthy controls.Conclusion：The level of Hcy in patients with acute myocardial infarction with congestive heart failure was higher than that in healthy people.
