【摘要】目的：分析头孢菌素类抗生素的相关不良反应情况。方法：对本医院收入且采取头孢菌素类抗生素治疗的200例患者开展调查，以随机数字表法予以分组，试验组(n=100)采取针对性预防方法，对照组(n=100)采取常规预防方法，评估两组药物不良反应统计率、合并用药统计率情况。结果：试验组药物不良反应统计率、合并用药统计率、低于对照组，证明数据检测统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：头孢菌素类抗生素的相关不良反应有多种，而采用针对性预防方法可以减少不良反应的发生。
