【摘要】目的：探讨小儿高热惊厥的观察和护理方法。方法：在我院收治的高热惊厥患儿中选取27例，起止时间是2017年1月～2019年2月。治疗期间，密切观察患儿的病情变化，实施综合护理，评定护理效果。结果：患儿退热时间为(2.1±0.5)d、住院时间为(7.4±2.2)d，随访6个月时间，高热惊厥复发1例(3.7%);护理满意率为92.6%。结论：针对小儿高热惊厥，加强病情观察并实施综合护理，能缩短治疗时间、降低复发率，值得推广。
