【摘要】目的：探讨对急性哮喘患儿采用舒适护理的临床效果。方法：选择我院收治急性哮喘患儿136例，随机分为常规急诊护理管理对照组(n=68)与舒适护理模式实验组(n=68)，对比效果。结果：实验组总有效率高于对照组，P<0.05，肺功能优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：在小儿急性哮喘急诊护理管理中采用舒适护理模式能够有效提高治疗的效果，有利于改善患儿的肺功能。
