【摘要】目的：探讨规范护理程序用于脑卒中患者绿色通道急救护理中的作用。方法：将64例脑卒中患者随机分组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施规范护理程序的绿色通道急救护理，比较护理效果。结果：与对照组相比，观察组从接诊到确诊时间明显缩短，致残与死亡的概率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论：为脑卒中患者规范护理程序的绿色通道急救护理效果明显。
