【摘要】目的：研究消化内镜治疗在上消化出血中的临床治疗效果。方法：随机抽取我院2018年12月～2019年是3月在消化内科接受诊治的64例上消化道出血患者，将其平均分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者使用去甲肾上腺素与云南白药联合治疗法，给予观察组消化内镜治疗方式，观察两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的上消化道出血总有效率治疗效果为93.28%，明显优于对照组患者的72.32%，具有实际统计意义(P<0.05)。结论：上消化道出血患者使用消化内镜治疗能够提升治疗效果。
