【摘要】目的：分析心理护理干预在急诊门诊静脉注射患者中的应用效果。方法：选取我院近期急诊门诊所收治的120例静脉注射患者进行研究分析。结果：实验组的穿刺成功率93.33%高于参照组的75%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对急诊门诊静脉注射患者的心理护理进行加强不仅可以提高穿刺成功率，还可以提高患者的配合度，以及患者与患者家属对医院的满意度。
