个性化护理模式应用于乳腺肿瘤术后护理中的效果
【摘要】目的：探析在乳腺肿瘤术后的护理工作中实施个性化护理磨损的效果。方法：将我院收治的乳腺肿瘤患者作为本次主要研究对象，共计80例，选取时间为2018年6月-2019年8月，采取随机分配的方式，把患者分到观察组和对照组，各组40例。将常规护理模式应用到对照组患者的护理工作中，观察组患者的护理工作则采取个性化护理模式。对两组患者术后护理的感染情况进行观察，并做好完善的记录，同时了解两组患者对护理的满意度，完成相关数据的对比。结果：通过观察和分析得知，采取个性化护理模式的观察组，其无论是患者的平均住院时间，还是患者护理满意度，都高于实施常规护理的对照组，差异较明显，有统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组术后感染率低于对照组，组间数据区别较大，(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论：针对乳腺肿瘤患者术后采取个性化护理模式，能够有效的提供啊治疗效果，临床应用价值和推广价值较高。

[Abstract] Objective：To explore the effect of individualized nursing wear in breast cancer patients after operation. Methods：80 patients with breast cancer in our hospital were selected from June 2018 to August 2019. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 40 cases in each group. The routine nursing mode was applied to the nursing work of the patients in the control group， while the individualized nursing mode was adopted in the nursing work of the patients in the observation group. To observe the infection of the two groups of patients after operation nursing， and make a good record， at the same time understand the two groups of patients'satisfaction with nursing， complete the comparison of relevant data. Result： Through observation and analysis， it was found that the average hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group with individualized nursing mode were higher than those in the control group with routine nursing. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). The infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， and the number of the groups was lower than that in the control group. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion： Individualized nursing mode for breast cancer patients after operation can effectively provide therapeutic effect， and has high clinical value and popularization value.

将临床监测、药物护理、饮食护理等常规护理方法应用到对照组患者的护理工作中。在此基础上将个性化护理模式应用到观察组中;首先，护理人员要在患者入院治疗期间对其各项状况进行综合评估，根据评估结果将患者分为4类，针对不同类型的患者实施针对性护理。其次，由于患者生病期间会产生一定的恐惧心理，此时护理人员要积极的进行沟通，通过聊天掌握引起患者恐惧的原因，并针对性的做出引导。另外部分患者还会产生悲观的心态，此时护理人员需要给予患者充分的关怀，拉近医患距离，激励患者信息的提升，使其积极的面对病魔。
1.3 疗效判断标准
对两组患者术后护理的效果进行比较。
1.4 统计学处理
使用SPSS 23.0软件完成数据分析和处理，使用%表示计数资料。统计学意义则以(P<0.05)表示。
