【摘要】

    目的：探讨中华小型猪心脏磁共振成像(CMRI)扫描的优化序列及主要测定指标。方法：采用基于改进的Look-Locker快速稳态自由进动饱和恢复序列(MLLSR)的T1 mapping技术对10只健康中华小型猪行心脏磁共振成像扫描并分析主要指标。结果：基于MLLSR 序列的T1 mapping技术能定量心肌T1值，三个层面的平均T1值为(1070.9±33.7)ms，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：T1 mapping技术在临床心肌疾病方面的研究具有良好的实验依据及可用性。

    [Abstract]

    Objective：To explore the optimized sequence and main measurement indexes of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMRI) scans of Chinese miniature pigs. Methods：T1 mapping technology based on improved Look-Locker fast steady-state free precession saturation recovery sequence (MLLSR) was used to perform cardiac magnetic resonance imaging scans on 10 healthy Chinese miniature pigs and analyze the main indicators.
