【摘要】伴随我国社会经济的不断发展，带动了人们生活水平的提高，随着而来的就是人们对食品安全以及质量的重视程度的提升。这就对食品检测环节提出了较高的要求。经过不断实践，在微生物检测技术的应用下可以很好的提升食品安全性，更好的给人们生命提供安全可靠的食品。本文立足于此，对微生物检测技术、进行微生物检测技术的必要性以及在食品安全中的具体应用进行分析。
