【摘要】本文主要针对抗核抗体(ANA)与抗核抗体谱(ANAs)联合检测诊断自身免疫疾病的临床价值进行分析研究。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月本院收治的97例自身免疫疾病作为病例组。结论ANA检测可作为自身免疫性疾病的辅助诊断指标，但特异性不高，在临床中可联合抗核抗体谱检测，从而更准确的诊断自身免疫性疾病。
