【摘要】

    目的：评价与反馈作为全程教学的重要环节，能够帮助教师分析解决教学面临的问题，从而提高教学质量和教学效率。方法：构建有效的教学评价与反馈系统，全面应用教学评价与反馈信息。结果：针对医学院校非直属附属医院开展全程教学评价与反馈展开分析，并且提出针对性解决策略。结论：全面准确的评价与反馈信息，能够促进教学水平的提高，是实现教学目标的有效保障。
