【摘要】

    目的：对比腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的疗效。方法：取58粘连性肠梗阻患者依据电脑随机分配法分组，对照组行开腹手术，观察组行腹腔镜手术，比较两组手术效果。结果：观察组的各手术指标优于对照组，其术后并发症明显少于对照组，结果P<0.05。结论：针对粘连性肠梗阻的治疗选择腹腔镜的手术效果更佳，具备的优势更多，值得临床应用。
