小儿肺炎护理中互动健康教育的应用意义探讨(1)
【摘要】目的:探讨小儿肺炎护理中互动健康教育的应用意义。方法:收取我院接收的82例肺炎患儿为研究对象,随机分成2组,n=41,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予互动健康教育,对比两组护理效果。结果:对比退热时间、肺啰音消失时间和住院时间,观察组明显短于对照组;对比护理满意度,观察组明显高于对照组;组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎患儿接受互动健康教育的护理模式可以缩短症状缓解时间和住院时间,从而提高家长满意度,值得推广应用。
