【摘要】目的：分析显微根尖手术与传统根尖手术治疗慢性根尖周炎的效果。方法：入组本院科室收治的慢性根尖周炎患者共80例，随机分为传统术、显微术两组，比较两组相关治疗数据。结果：通过数据对比分析，显微术组优于传统术组，P<0.05。结论：显微根尖手术治疗慢性根尖周炎的效果更优，可更好改善症状和恢复咀嚼功能。
