临床技能教学微课的应用研究(1)
【摘要】目的:评价微课模式在临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2014级5+3一体化实习生共64名,分别来自内科片21人、外科片22人、妇科片21人,进而将上述实习生随机分成实验组31人,对照组33人,前者采用微课教学模式,后者采用传统教学模式,以技能操作考试及问卷调查进行效果评价。结果:实验组和对照组技能操作考试成绩无统计学差异(P >0.05),但96.77%的实验组学生认同临床技能教学微课,赞同微课教学模式带来的益处。结论:微课应用于临床技能教学,有助于培养学生的自学能力,提高学习效率,提升临床操作能力,值得应用和推广。

[Abstract] Objective:
To evaluate the application effect of microteaching in clinical skills teaching. Methods:64 students of 5 plus 3 clinical medicine education mode from 2014 grade(21 from internal medicine,22 from surgery and 21 from gynecology) were randomly divided into experimental groups (31) and control groups (33). Experimental were taught with microteaching while control groups with while groups with traditional teaching. The teaching effect was measured with clinical skills examination and questionnaire survey. Results:There was no significant difference in clinical skills examination between the two groups,however,96.77% of the students in experimental groups approved of the benefits of microteaching and it’s application in clinical skills teaching. Conclusion:Microteaching is conducive to the cultivation of students' self-learning ability as well as the improvement of learning efficiency and clinical operation ability in clinical skill teaching,which is worthy of application and promotion.

临床技能是一名合格的医生必备的医学技能,也是医学理论知识转化为实际工作能力的教学过程和达到临床实习教学目标不可缺少的重要内容;对医学生夯实临床基本功、提升医学综合素质具有重要意义[1]。近年来,临床技能教学越来越受到重视,第三代医学教育改革提出以胜任力为导向,全面进行人格塑造以适应新世纪医疗卫生的需要,强调医学教育的考核评价要特别关注医学生在接受完教育后的医学实践能力是否达到了预期设定的目标[2]。随着我国教育体制的改革,医学院校招生人数也随之增加,虽然部医学院校改善了设备和教学资源[3],但是仍然面临教学方法、教学效果等方面的挑战。复杂的课程内容、有限的课堂时间,以及每个学生的学习能力、吸收能力不同,加之缺乏规范统一的技能操作标准等,给临床技能教学带来了一定的困难。
“微课”是指教师在课堂内外教育教学过程中围绕某个知识点( 重点、难点或疑点) 或技能等单一教学任务进行教学的一种教学方式,其在移动互联时代具有“碎片化呈现、可视化学习过程的愉悦体验优势”[4]。“微课”这一新型教育理念的诞生,以其“短、小、精、悍”、直观形象、方便快捷[5,6]的特点给临床技能教学开启了一个新思路。本研究利用“微课”理念,录制精品临床技能操作视频为基础素材,利用方便快捷的网络平台,结合实际情况开发临床技能教学微课课程,通过实施课程以探讨其作用效果及推广前景。, 百拇医药(杨立勇 林萍 庄则豪 郑雪雁 欧荣文 黄丽然)
