【摘要】目的：探究消化内科健康教育护理的践行途径和价值。方法：择取2019年10月至2020年3月消化内科收治患者60例为研究对象，以就诊序列号随机分组，常规组和研究组分别予以常规护理和健康教育护理，就生活质量、睡眠质量和护理满意度展开评价。结果：组间比较，研究组各指标均呈明显优势(P<0.05)。结论：健康教育護理可切实改善睡眠质量和生活质量，有利于和谐护患关系的构建和维系，值得作为消化内科常规护理模式进行推广。
