【摘要】目的：探究食疗和心理护理对反流性食管炎患者的应用价值。方法：择入2019年2月至2020年3月接收86例反流性食管炎患者进行护理对照研究，以入院登记簿为组别划分依据，常规组予以常规护理，研究组实施食疗和心理护理，拟定参数进行价值评价。结果：组间比较，研究组焦虑评分和主症评分、次症评分均处于较低水平(P<0.05)。结论：食疗和心理护理联合可快速改善反流性食管炎的不适症，促使心绪正向改变，对预后的改善有利，应用前景可期。
