【摘要】目的：观察宫颈癌放疗后阴道不良反应预防处理应用集束化护理的效果。方法：择取宫颈癌放疗患者96例为研究对象，常规组和研究组分别予以常规护理和集束化护理，汇总护理结局。结果：组间比较，研究组阴道冲洗依从性和保健知识知晓率高，不良反应发生率低(P<0.05)。结论：宫颈癌放疗后阴道不良反应发生风险高，予以集束化护理可提高护理依从性和保健知识知晓率，对不良反应的预防效果可靠。
