【摘要】目的：观察布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化治疗小儿呼吸道感染所致慢性咳嗽疗效。方法：在本院2018年10月至2019年10月收治的呼吸道感染所致慢性咳嗽患儿中抽取100例，随机划分为对照组与观察组各50例，对照组患儿予以布地奈德治疗，观察组患儿予以布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化治疗。对比两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率(98.00%)，显著高于对照组患儿的(92.00%)，差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化治疗小儿呼吸道感染所致慢性咳嗽疗效，显著高于单一运用布地奈德治疗所产生的疗效，值得在临床中进行推广。
