【摘要】目的：探究整体护理对老年慢性胃炎患者的影响。方法：拟定对比参数对2019年8月至2020年2月来院就诊80例慢性胃炎老年患者进行护理对照研究，按照就诊前后顺序分组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组予以整体护理，就护理结局展开评价。结果：组间比较，观察组负性情绪评分低、护理满意度高、生活质量佳(P<0.05)。结论：整体护理对老年慢性胃炎生活质量和负性情绪的改善有利，是改善护患关系的可行可靠措施。
