【摘 要】CM医院作为崇明地区唯一的三级综合性医院，承担着岛内70万人口的医疗任务，但是医院人才流失是阻碍医院发展的重要原因，主要是家庭因素、交通不便、薪酬待遇较低、科室人文环境较差等四方面原因导致的，深刻剖析人才流失原因，为医院守住人才制定针对性对策。
