摘要随着睡眠学科的发展，便携式睡眠监测设备的需求不断增加。如何能最大限度减轻睡眠监测的首夜效应并提高监测的依从性为睡眠学界广泛关注。心肺耦合分析技术可以简化信号收集和处理的过程，且可提供可靠、实用的睡眠評估报告，在美国已广泛应用于临床及科研工作。本文旨在介绍这一方法的建立，并简要综述其已有的临床和科研应用。
